EU dispute resolution
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and there is no longer a link to give. We are not willing and not obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) under §36 VSBG. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under §7 Abs. 1 DDG and general law.
