You decide before anything opens

Their profile and rating come first, you can say hello in text, and video opens only when you both agree. How trust works.

Everyone is rated

After every conversation you rate the other person. A bad rating follows the account, so being unpleasant costs something here.

Block and report

Blocking is instant and permanent — they vanish from your matches, search and messages, and you are never paired again. Reports go to a moderation queue; threats, hate and anything involving a minor are escalated immediately, and you're protected while we look.

Where we don’t negotiate

• Harassment, hate and spam: removed, no warnings.
• Be who you say you are. No impersonation.
• Who reported whom is only ever visible to moderators.
• Any action on your account can be appealed.
